Container spreader Timars HCA

Timars HCA is a fixed frame container spreader for handling ISO certified containers. The spreader is light and and mechanicle operated and the operation system is well protected inside the frame. Its operates on the "gravity and lift" principle which means that the locking and unlocking of twistlocks is made by lowering and lifting of the spreader. The spreader is available in different sizes, 20ft, 40ft. The lifting capacities are from S.W.L 32 tonnes to 36 tonnes.

This spreader is simple without any extras, it can be delivered in pieces inside a container for assembling in port and it does the job. Which means that we can keep the cost for the spreader down.

A spreader for an operator with less amount of lifts, but who wants to do these with a good spreader.

The main sling consist of 2pcs 2-part wire sling for attaching to crane hook. The pure mechanical locking system is very easy to overlook and the downtime for maintenance and service is very low.
All spreaders are of course CE-labelled and quality tested and test loaded.
Timars HCA spreader can also be equipped with Timars Gravity Centrelizer for safe handling of unevenly loaded containers.
