Timars grading master, vibration graders for fish and herring are a type of bar grader which is a tried and tested solution. Formerly these machines were marked by serious vibration problems. These difficulties have been eliminated from today’s versions.
Timars vibration grader is available in many different sizes for different environments and fishes.
In the pictures is a Timars grading master with a pregrader in double lane. Suitable for fish from 5mm width up to 40mm and even more. This station was made for capacity up to 80-90 ton per hour (Depending on the fish). In this case there where ten different grades and the fishes where pumped from the vessel to the hopper and feeded to the graders by a elevator in each lane.
